Once you sign up for the program, we’ll send you a questionnaire about your current lifestyle habits, diet, and physical strength. You may also need to send us blood reports depending on the health condition you’re suffering from.

  • Customized diet plan

After we understand your health concerns, we will come up with a personalized diet plan to best suit your health and lifestyle needs. We will inform you about the macronutrient composition of certain foods and how you can incorporate them into your diet. We will also suggest you meal preparation ideas that are durable and easy to follow.

  • Follow up

We will monitor and evaluate your progress with follow-up sessions every 15 days depending on your health concerns. This will ensure that our strategies are working and the objectives set for your health journey are reachable.
